This is a small building by appearance- however it's packed with quality products! Pricing is quite reasonable for this type of store. Anything that isn't a name brand, is just as cheap- if not cheaper than the local competitors. My husband and I came in here after leaving the dispensary, and we were lucky enough to be helped by Alex K. He was knowledgeable & informative and he set us up with everything we needed to enjoy our concentrates! He is why I rated 5-⭐️!

I spent 50 dollars on a reusable vape device at this store the battery on the device was defective quit working within the first week. When I went to return it the store manager said it was the contacts on the cartridge and cleaned them so I left still knowing it was the battery when I returned they looked at it again when she was satisfied it couldn’t be fixed asked if I would like to purchase more pods for the broken battery and try that, or would I rather upgrade so of course I was thinking upgrade assuming it was just a small difference maybe 10 bucks more with the credit of the not working return, so we went to check out and the price was not discounted at all. Another words instead of telling me up front I got ripped off and enjoy your broken device she wasted a half hour of my time for no reason. The girl is really sweet but not very considerate of peoples time, cloud 9 return policy is trash. All there stuff is over priced and I’ve bought vapes at run down convenience stores that didn’t work and they have always Atleast exchanged. I won’t buy anything else from these scam-artists. If it was on me that it broke I would take my 50 dollar lick and not say a word, this device was defective. I tried calling another location to talk to a different manager and it was the same trash response we took your money get over it basically…. At the end of the day cloud 9 is a terrible place to purchase a vape over priced and don’t stand behind their products or their name!!
