Great customer service and great selection of tobacco accessories. The prices are most competitive in the area from what I have seen.

Bought a Raz vape 2 days ago, & digital screen has gone completely out like a broke tv screen can't see the juice or battery life on the vape either. Never dropped it or anything. Called the store and the girl told me there's nothing she can do, that it's just a "malfunction". And to just keep charging it. I'm not sitting with my vape on a charger all day because you refuse to keep your customer happy and replace it. She Said her boss said the same thing. Pretty sad you won't switch it out for something else considering I just purchased it. Gave this place a shot but never again.

Very poor customer service the girls attitude was bad trying to rush me to buy things not giving me time to decide wanted me out and was very displeased that she had to work very lazy person their prices are way too high too
