I told Z what kind of vape I was looking for and he knew exactly what I wanted. He even made sure I tried it before I left the shop to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I was! Great prices and amazing customer service. Definitely going to be my go to spot moving forward.

Went in with my toddler and the worker was really nice to him. Hooked him up with a snack. We go there every time we need a vape.

These two have went so far above and beyond fora walk in customer who had never set foot in their store. I had been to EIGHT shops to find a brand the was carried by my local shop-theyhad stopped selling it. X smoke was the last place I went and they didn't have it either...but they took my number and said they'd call around. They called other shops, wholesalers, finally the actual manufacturer to find them. One flavor had been discontinued but they ordered boxes of the other flavor I was looking for-just for me. THEN I found some other brands that sold the flavor that had been discontinued...I found a couple brands that still sold it. They did the entire process again and got a box of the flavor I was looking for. I wasn't expected to buy whole boxes. They simply bought them so I could try it and see if iliked it enough to replace the one that was discontinued. ...I THOUGHT my local shop had the best prices. I was wrong. Xsmoke does. I've never been to any kind of store that has done so much work to find something obscure for a customer. They kept in touch with me almost every day to update me on their progress as well as when the deliveries would come in. I will NEVER EVER go anywhere else. And I will wholeheartedly recommend this place to EVERYONE. I AM SO THANKFUL!

This is the only place I’ll go now, one of the only vape shops that would actually order what I needed. Not only that but he went above and beyond by messaging me pictures when they came in. They have a better selection and better prices than anyone around. I used to go to a different vape shop not far from them, I won’t say the name but I was promised over and over they would order the juice they ran out of but never did.

I have been visiting the business for years. They have several locations and at each one I always receive excellent service.
