If you're looking for almost EVERY HOOKAH FLAVOR. COME HERE!! I came down from Old Town Park to get here.

Their prices are still higher than the average in Illinois, but they have numerous options. And the staff member I had (a young brother) was knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and friendly! An easy 5/5.

Today was our first time in Smoke City and we were very pleased with the experience. They have a large variety of everything! Hookah pens, flavors, hookah machines, etc. They even have a variety of brands so there’s guaranteed something for everyone. We were greeted immediately upon arriving and Khaled helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for! As other customers entered it was clear that they were repeat customers based on the way they greeted each other. I’m a stickler for good customer service and as long as nothing changes - they can count on us as repeat customers.

very clean store with even better customer service come check my boys at justin and khaled they’ll get you right!!!

Justin was very helpful and knowledgable. I would drive past several smoke shops just to see my favorite ppl here!
