I shop here regularly, and today I had a great experience. The girl working today was amazing — very kind, attentive, and professional. Her recommendations were spot on. Service like this is the reason I’ll continue coming back.

Pretty nice and well organized store but as said in earlier reviews they might not pay attention to you unless things are thrown a them (Don't throw anything too hard or they wont be able to help you for 16 minutes 😬) Anyway they have good products and a nice atmosphere

Smokers World is hands down the best vape shop around. The staff is super knowledgeable, patient, and actually take the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for instead of just trying to sell you something. They have a huge selection of vapes, juices, disposables, and accessories, and everything is always well stocked. The store is clean, organized, and the prices are very fair compared to other shops. Highly recommend Smokers World!

2/20/26 Hate to do this because I love this place and have had absolutely no issues before today. First off I come here frequently and this is my go to shop where I bring my business for vape needs. So to start I walked in and the employee was sleeping behind the register, as well as the usual guy told me last time I came in my next vape was free, this employee wouldn’t honor it and I asked him to call the guy who’s usually here, he refused to call him and said he was sick, then once I told him it was a shame that I’m going to have to leave this review, as I’m walking out I look back and he’s picking up the phone dialing but couldn’t pick up the phone to make a customer happy? Employee working tonight needs to learn a thing or two about customer service, because his was awful. I am a business man myself and I would not have this employee working for me. I am willing to take this review down or change it to a 5 star if this is made right because as I said I love this place and it’s a shame to have to leave this review because of one bad employee. 2/25/26 Edit: Tried to call, owner wasn’t in. Not sure if that’s what you meant to contact the shop directly or not? Just also like to add during the encounter the review was about, on the screen I had 150 points and the employee also told me I had 150 points, my girlfriend went in today 2/25/26 and bought a vape using my number for the rewards and I somehow went down in points ???! Very frustrating since now two visits ago I was told my next one was free but now my reward points have gone down since the last visit with the sleepy employee?!?!

Service is usually okay when the staff isn't passed out behind the counter to the point that throwing things at him has no effect. 🤔 What are the employees/ possible own on? Don't worry...I won't add the photos.
