It was my first time visiting this place. The service was top tier. The salesman guy is a really good salesman and let me take my time picking out a geek bar. He introduced me to the new hookah geek bar and gave me a really good price on it. All in all. Very nice comfortable atmosphere in there. The salesman was nice and friendly and I’ll definitely be back when I visit Illinois. Highly recommend this place. They have a vast selection of geek bars. Just showing you where all I’ve been. I’m a truck driver so all the red spots is where I’ve been.

Moe went above and beyond for me! I got a delivery for a vape, but unfortunately the driver took it and didn’t bring it to me. But then Moe, the owner took it upon himself to bring me a new one. I had a great experience at this smoke shop during my recent visit. The new owner and management have truly turned this place around. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help. The owner, Mo is the man. He made helpful recommendations and clearly cared about making sure I left satisfied. Even gave me a few items to try out free of charge. The shop itself was clean, organized, and well-stocked with a great selection of products. I love the larger walk-in Humidor displaying an eclectic selection of cigars. It’s clear that the new management is committed to creating a welcoming environment and providing top-notch service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused smoke shop.

New management this time, definitely an upgrade from the last management. Guy cares about his customers and implements what other smoke shops do, try in store something doesn't seem right with the vape he'll fix it right there. He had no obligation to fix what the other management did to me but he did. Definitely go here if you're in the area. Vape selection looked great and so did cigars. I'll definitely be returning here if I'm in the area.

This place is great, the employees that work here are extremely helpful and friendly. They always help me find great deals and even ask what I think they should stock up with so they can order for me. I definitely recommend this shop to everyone: )
