Unfortunately, the customer service with renting a U-Haul was frustrating. Arrived at appointment time then asked to wait 10 minutes, but they just opened. Asked for more information than what we filled out when reserving online. Upon return of the truck, didn't check or ask for payment and forced us to go to U-Haul customer service to resolve when all of this could have been checked in person. Either poor training or incompetence. I would not recommend this location when it comes to picking up a U-Haul. Avoid!

Don't go here! Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else. The lady that works here has no communication skills and poor hygiene. She's worn the same dirty (green, now black) covid gloves for months or years it looks like. That's nasty, wash your hands, or does the building not have running water? Just tear the place down!

Good location. They added insurance WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION to a Uhaul then said to "call Uhaul & argue with them about it" 25 minutes on hold to resolve their ignorance 👎👎

STAY AWAY! HE SELLS STALE TOBACCO. Found out where to find the date & time stamps on the bags.. ONE was 4 yrs old & the other was 5yrs old, that's 2 bags w/in 2 months time. Have my receipt, BUT WOULD NOT REFUND, OR EXCHANGE THE BAGS OF TOBACCO. I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE HE'S RIPPING OFF!! BE WARNED!! STAY AWAY!
