Great friendly staff and happy to help. Also great prices, I will be shopping again when I get back.

They gave me the wrong kind of cigarettes and it was also open and used. Can't call the number because it's not in service. It's not a good business anymore with the new owners :(. So after reading the comment the business left. My dad went to get the pack of cigarettes they said they'd replace and even after my dad showed them the comment, they would not honor it claiming they weren't in the wrong. I will never go back there again. Such a shame.

This is my favorite cigarette/ store downtown. The owners have always been like family to us public. They have always been so helpful and respectful. I even go out of my way to just go to this cigarette store. Good job y'all thank you for caring about your customers.

I Love this place. The owner is a very nice man. The store is clean and organized. They have everything that I need and the prices are fair! I won't go anywhere else!! Check it out

Very friendly cashiers, wide selection of merchandise, reasonable prices with outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this store to any and all in the Rockford area and to any new comers on town Stop By you'll like the place.
