"I have been a loyal customer of this shop for 3 years, and the staff has always been absolutely amazing and welcoming. However, my experience today was incredibly disappointing. I met a new employee (someone I have never seen and like I said I got 2-3 times a week last 3 years) named Zack, who charged me more than I have ever paid for the exact same item I buy every single visit. When I asked about the price discrepancy, he got little defensive and by the end told me, 'If you don’t like the prices, you don’t need to come back and can go somewhere else.' I have 2 stars because they have been great but Zack ruined that. Everyone else is amazing!

Major shout out to this shop and it's employees !!!! This lovely hidden jewel is one of my favorite go to spots they don't only offer you insanely good products but at great prices and volume. I am a southern gal so hospitality/mannerisms mean the world to me and remain a primary tool in obtaining my shopper loyalty and preference of where to shop. When you visit this shop if you are lucky enough to be served by a staff lady M or C you are in for a treat as they are so kind, informative, patient and knowledgeable about the stores products and variants of products they carry that you can buy. These ladies are so sweet and helpful so protect and respect them at all costs. They are able to get you everything you need so quickly and with the best smiles in town not to mention they help pick out themed stickers in the shop for people to have when they visit which always makes my day. Also the owner of the shop is a super caring and calm minded man who I have had the pleasure of holding many conversations with when I visit and introduced me to this sweet little love bird named Fred that the shop and I miss dearly !!! All in all, anyone who visits this lovely smoke shop will be happy they did and will easily enjoy becoming a regular customer here in no time. I have enjoyed my visits here so much I was able to bring fresh floral arrangements to the ladies that help work the shop M & C to show my appreciation. They ended up liking them more than I expected and really made my day feel so much brighter to let them know how impactful their kindness to every customer really is and that I have enjoyed witnessing how kind they are to everyone that visits there. Keep up the great work you guys, I highly recommend everyone and anyone to come to this wonderful and relaxing establishment as there is something of use here for everyone to enjoy and take part of !!! Stay golden Uncle Stu's

The BEST smoke shop. M and Kimmy are my favorite girls!! Always smiling and friendly! They know all about the thca products. Honestly, the entire staff is awesome!! Tom is great for vapes and tobacco info.. Knowledgeable and kind staff all around. My go to spot!!! 💪

Been going here for the last few years since I moved to romeoville. Easily the best smoke shop around. They have a massive selection of vapes and glass whatever you need. They've managed to maintain the family headshop vibe while meeting the needs of any kind of smoker. Great customer service. Every employee is kind. Can't recommend enough.

We bought a grinder and white owls - good price. The staff was friendly and she even provided us with information on products that we didn’t even know existed. We will definitely be back.
