Every time I come in I never know what to get but the staff always seem to have great recommendations and knowledge of what they have. Prices are awesome and customer service even better. My girl Ally is always a blast to chat with and makes a simple errand stop into a friendly visit with a friend. Never go anywhere else if you want to have a great experience every time!

The customer service exceeds the fantastic pricing, one night I called at 11:50 to see if they could make an exception because I was 11 minutes away and the girl working made it so easy on me and I was there at 12:01 That type of customer service is hard to find these days where people try to close the doors 10 minutes before closing time. I don’t like to be that guy but I’m grateful that they were willing to work with me

If you’re looking for nic vapes STAY AWAY! I usually don’t bother leaving negative reviews, but after going to this shop 4 times I can’t stand it anymore. The staff I’ve encountered here seem incredibly incompetent and behave like intoxicated used car salesmen. Do they have a big selection? Absolutely. But they can’t answer basic questions. I’ve called them to ask if they had specific products in stock and usually they have no idea what I’m talking about. When I’ve actually gone into the store, the staff seems stoned out of their minds to the point that it’s affecting their ability to help a customer. On two occasions the person at the register asked me “how much do you want to pay?” Or “what are you looking to spend?” As if I were buying a car or house! Even something as simple as “I’m looking for this brand of vape in this flavor” throws them off. I’m guessing most people go there for THC products because the stores REEKS of bud. So if you just want a nicotine vape for a decent price, go somewhere else. If you do go, be ready to explain yourself 10 times. Only reason for 2 stars is the fact that they have a large selection.

Always friendly staff. Reasonable prices . Love they are open late. But again some of the friendlies people that work there.

Excellent service! Very kind worker greeted us and told me about different products and helped me pick the perfect one
