Came in late night with my boyfriend for some hookah & dessert. Other older reviews made me a bit weary of what to expect but they are 100% misleading. We had an amazing experience with Rose & the rest of the staff. From the minute we came in they were attentive & ensured we had everything we needed. The location is stunning! Comfortable couches, beautiful ambiance, music at a reasonable level perfect for intimate vibes & conversation. They recommended the cheesecake & the pistachio cheesecake was incredible. Rose also recommended the tres leches cake which was unlike any I've ever had before. The hookah smoked perfectly for over an hour & a half, and the refill was such a great price point for the quality. We are new fans & regulars after tonight!

We visited this place with friends. The desserts tasted like they were from Jewel Osco — not good. The hookahs were very weak, almost no flavor compared to other places. There were 5 of us and we ordered 2 hookahs, but on the receipt we saw a $5 “shared hookah” upcharge added 3 times. The server didn’t warn us about this, nor did she mention that an 18% gratuity would be added automatically. She also didn’t want to give us the receipt at the end. Make sure to always check your bill!!!

Walked in expecting a chill night, walked out feeling like I just found my new spot! The vibe? Immaculate. Low lights, clean setup, music hitting just right not too loud, not too dead. Perfect balance. You can actually talk, laugh, and enjoy your time without shouting over speakers. Now the hookah… yeah this is where they don’t play around. Smooth pulls, no harshness, flavors actually taste how they’re supposed to (rare these days). Clouds were thick, lasted long, and they kept checking in to make sure everything stayed perfect. That kind of service? Respect. Staff was super chill too no attitude, no rush. Especially Anas! They treat you like you belong there, not like they’re doing you a favor. If you’re looking for a spot to relax, vibe, or just spend quality time with your people this is it. Easily one of the best lounges I’ve been to. 10/10, no debate. Definitely coming back.

What stood out the most was the excellent customer service, especially from the manager, Annus. He was very attentive, professional, and made sure everything was running smoothly throughout the night. He checked in regularly to ensure we were satisfied and handled everything with a positive attitude. The hookah quality was great—smooth flavors, well-prepared, and long-lasting. The staff was friendly and quick to respond whenever we needed assistance. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill environment with great service. Annus and his team really make the experience worth coming back for.
