⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at MI Vape in Shorewood, all thanks to Thomas! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and recommended the right product based on my requirements. His knowledge of vape products was impressive, and he explained everything clearly without making the experience feel rushed or sales-driven. It’s rare to come across someone who is this attentive and knowledgeable. Highly appreciated, Thomas! Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for knowledgeable and helpful assistance.

Very well stocked and staffed . Been coming here for a while and I’ve never been let down. I’ve waiting to review for a reason. The thing I really appreciate is unlike other local stores they do not serve minors here and that makes me very happy. I’m a mom of young adults and teens so I know who does and don’t in the area. Integrity. I love the integrity here.

Great vibes! Jay is the best. He has great customer service and always helps us find what we need. Today we were able to take advantage of our points. What an amazing deal! Can’t say enough good things about Jay and MyVibe in Shorewood. Thank you! So glad I found this place.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mi Vape Co in Shorewood, and I have to say, the experience was unlike any other, all thanks to Alex and Bryan. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and appreciated. Alex and Bryan truly go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. Alex's knowledge of vape products is incredible. He took the time to ask about my preferences and helped me find the perfect device and flavors. It was clear he knows his stuff, and he was patient with all my questions. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does, and that made a huge difference. Bryan was equally impressive. He helped me choose some great flavors and gave me really solid advice on maintaining my device. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made my visit all the more enjoyable. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about making sure you’re happy with your purchases, and both Alex and Bryan nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back to Mi Vape Co. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and check it out. Alex and Bryan make this place stand out!

Rene is THE best! I have my daily stop through the Drive thru and he always remembers my purchase. I typically order the same but it’s pretty awesome to have someone remember and ready for purchase! I strictly come to this location due to the customer service and variety of products. The best smoke shop on 30
