This place is great! One time they were out of the item I like and made sure to get it back in stock. I highly recommend this shop. Also, Begum is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

A wonderful smoke shop with a variety of items, and the women that work there have great customer service and are friendly! Great prices! Check them out you are sure to leave Happy!

Tobacco Express is my favorite small business in the community. As a frequent shopper, I can say the staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming — a calm, kind, mindful vibe. It has that genuine, family-owned feel that’s worth supporting these days, and that really comes through in the people working there. They offer quality products at fair prices, along with some unique goods, and the consistent hours make it an easy, convenient stop. Whether you’re tobacco-curious or a longtime enthusiast, this is a great little spot to check out.

I had such a great experience, thanks to a young lady who went above and beyond to help me! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped me with a smile and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service these days, and I really appreciated her positive attitude. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant!
