​I’ve been a loyal customer here for a long time, often driving halfway across town because of their great deals and the usually friendly, helpful staff who keep me updated on new flavors. Unfortunately, my experience today was the complete opposite of what I’ve come to expect. ​The employee at the register was unwelcoming and inconsistent with pricing. My "usual" total was suddenly higher; when I questioned it, he adjusted the numbers again, eventually landing on $39. After I handed him two $20 bills, he didn't return my change and essentially hurried me out the door as if I were an inconvenience. ​I didn't want to cause a scene in the moment, but between the "math" issues and the rude dismissal, it was a very disappointing visit. I hope this was just a one-time fluke with a specific staff member, as I’ve always enjoyed coming here in the past.
