Everyone is always super friendly and usually have pretty helpful suggestions on which vapes to purchase. Plus the Merc is pretty cool.

Perhaps others have had good experiences there. I have not. While I realize refunds aren't a thing they usually do... the one they sold me did not work and they were absolutely the wrong worst shop I've been too. It's like they treat people they know differently.

I've been a loyal customer at this vape shop for some time now, and every visit exceeds my expectations. Not only do they offer competitive prices, but the staff is always incredibly helpful. Recently, I had an incident where I misplaced my phone while out and about. Despite visiting multiple places, including the vape shop, I couldn't locate it. However, upon returning to the shop, I was pleasantly surprised to find the new employee still there, willing to help. He went above and beyond by letting me in after hours and assisting me in retrieving my phone, which I had forgotten when purchasing my weed. His honesty and kindness truly saved the day for me, and I left feeling immensely grateful. This level of customer service and integrity is rare to find, and I can't recommend this place enough. A solid 110/100 rating from me-

I love the DugOut. They carry a wide variety of fun things. Shannon has Waited on me many times. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and a lot of fun to talk to. This Old hippie found her place for groovy edibles.

They’ve been a wonderful stop to spend time and money. I’ve never had buyers remorse once no matter the price, they have good prices, pieces, and people. Good vibes all around!
