I tried to explain to the cashier i did not get my $0.05 discount on my gas after I entered my rewards ID. I showed him the receipt and he said it was for cigarettes... I pumped gas not cigarettes. This has never happened to me at any other shell I've use weekly for years. What happened to customer service? Please have a manger figure out why I didn't get my discount and kindly refund it to my debit card. Steer clear of this gas station! Thank you for your time. Thank you for your timely response. I appreciate your empathy.

They have a nice selection of white owls and swisher sweets. I bought a vape battery, it didn't work. They don't offer refunds at all. I tried it in store before I left and they still wouldn't refund.

DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!! If I could put a one star I would! Never go here to buy a vape, I left mine at home and decided to get one. It don’t work at all spent 24 dollars. That’s here not there. The man working was completely rude and would NOT exchange it for me. Never have I had this happen usually other gas stations switch it out and apologize. They have a No return policy even if it don’t work makes no sense. He said you have to open it in the gas station before you walk out. He had failed to tell me that when I purchased. That place is a big scam and will take your money and laugh. Very very rude don’t even go here FOR GAS BP is right there across the street .I wish I didn’t make the mistake this morning.

The attendant here is horrible, the older man with the red bandana. Not only is he rude but he has no business working with people. I have had two not so pleasant experiences with him. The first one was when my son's car would not start and we were waiting for the tow truck. I went in and let him know what the issue was, after a while, he asked "how much longer" because we were taking up that one pump. Granted all the other ones were empty. The way he went about it was completely rude. Second time I went in there, I needed to fill my car. He asked how much and I said I was there to fill, so wasn't completely sure at the moment. He proceeded to tell me he didn't care how much I was putting in. That attitude of his just did it for me, I said I would take my business elsewhere and I DID! Shell I will not be going back, he should not be working there with his negative attitude.

Purchased 2 Mr.Fog vape pens from this location. Was very excited as the price was 2 for 30 bucks. However they are bootleg. Not Real!! I will he calling the store however... everyone needs to check products before we buy. Not fair had to buy and find out. Wasted 70 bucks. Bought 2 from here and his sister company; Clark in sycamore... Rip Off
