I was in there today and lady whom says she was the owner was very rude to sakes representative. He didn't just trying to ask a question. Hispanic guy and she was so rude and disrespectful to him for no reason. She told him he was so damn disrespectful because he attempted to ask a question as if he was trying to get in front of a customer. As a business owner there is a certain way you should handle situations in a professional manner. There's other places to purchase from folks just watching that experience shows me we have to pay attention to who we do business with in our neighborhoods.

Every associate who has helped me has always been super friendly and helpful and they also have a wide variety of vapes/products! Their 510 thread batteries are good quality too

I visited your store yesterday and purchased two products with cash, assisted by a friendly associate who provided great service. When I returned the next day to purchase the same item, another employee attempted to charge me nearly 10% more, despite me paying with the same method. When I questioned the price difference, he became argumentative, even confronting the associate who helped me the day before. It’s disappointing to see a customer lost over a few cents due to inconsistent pricing and unprofessional behavior.

I love this place!! Especially for their options in cigars n wraps n vapes. I literally just came back here twice today cuz I bought a strawberry whip vape n it was so good that my roommate took mine n I had to go get me another. I love the ppl working there. They def have a way with the customers n I always leave smiling or laughing with them. N great deals, All the time. N they got sum really cool stuff in there u don't see at other shops.
