I purchased a product here that turned out to be faulty. I came back multiple times over the next few days to address the issue, but even after speaking with the owner, they refused to offer a refund, exchange, or any solution. Extremely disappointing experience. I gave them several chances to make it right and got nothing in return. This felt like a complete lack of accountability and customer care. I would not recommend coming here or shopping with them. Update in response to the owner: Some of the claims being made are not accurate. I personally came into the store two days in a row after purchasing the product including the day of when I purchased the item (paid in cash), and the owner was the one who originally handled my transaction. I spoke with staff during my visits, explained the issue, and was told to come back because the owner was not present, which is why I made multiple trips and wasted time and gas trying to resolve this. I was not given a receipt at the time of purchase, so I was unable to provide proof of purchase when it was later requested. I also sent someone on my behalf after already attempting to resolve the issue myself in person multiple times. If an exchange was always an option, that was never clearly communicated to me during any of my visits. Instead, I was sent back and forth with no resolution. This is my actual experience as a customer trying to fix a faulty product.

Nice staff always help me out I can't read anything on the shelves behind the counter because it's too far and the staff always helps me out with it and they have good prices for the most part cheaper than other places Ive been

They did not have what I was looking for in two different varieties and the two different varieties I really didn't want that I settled for were both stale and useless. I immediately returned minutes later to address my unsatisfactory purchase and was told that every variety was stale and useless across the board and was forced to buy a higher priced option with no refund of my original purchase or exchange difference/discount. They are nice and I appreciate them asking how my day was going despite it not going well and me trying to be okay, but I unfortunately felt ripped off from them and it only made me feel worse. So I can't in good faith recommend them if they're going to knowingly sell you a unsatisfactory product.

They are always willing to assist you with any questions you may have, and are even able to guide you in selecting the product that best suits your preferences. The customer service provided is truly exceptional!

As soon as you walk in your greeted with amazing staff. They have a great selection of their products with the cheapest prices. Definitely my go too!
