Wow! I just met the most helpful, knowledgeable, personal and professional woman ever. She was efficient and her smile lit up the entire store. For years , I worked as a Recruiter and I would hire her in a heartbeat. Her name is Ned and she’s got super cool hair . Her smile and kindness made my day !! She deserves a million stars .

MY ONLY Go-To Shop! UNBEATABLE staff, hours, prices, availability, atmosphere, and ENTIRE EXPERIENCE! (I must give a SHOUT-OUT to LESLIE... And NOW to JAVI, met a month after original post! Excited to get to know the rest of this family-like Staff, each visit like running into friends! I've never had nor wish to go anywhere else!) My first time trying to find a replacement for NJoy Ace as an ex-smoker (REDS!), with the struggle to find TOBACCO FLAVORED vapes with a WARM throat hit, calling around EVERYWHERE near me, LESLIE came to the rescue! She is friendly, eager to help, and interested in hearing my feedback to pass along to others! She CARES about her customers! A wide variety, happy to order certain brands and flavors when available, fair prices, easy to see the display of products, prompt service, spacious and uncluttered, and ENTIRE staff and atmosphere absolutely amazing! This a MUST-TRY vape/smoke shop, with great options available to ALL TASTES! (For ME, NON-MENTHOL ex-smoker who does NOT want any chill, menthol, fruity, or candy flavors, THOUGH they have THOSE, TOO for those who DO!) The LARGE VARIETY has plenty for ALL, and my experience with LESLIE has amazed me with her knowledge to find the right fit! (Also, AWESOME hours, calls are ANSWERED, perfect balance of professional and friendly, and always a DELIGHT to call or stop in!) THANK YOU Vape Zone! Y'ALL are MY ONLY GO-TO Vape/Smoke shop! (Thank you, LESLIE, for all your HELP!) (ADD ~1 month later, I wish to ALSO share my THANKS for JAVI, and hope to meet the rest of Team Vape Zone!) If you're looking for a Go-To Shop? THIS is IT! The Team feels like a family, and each visit feels like a reunion with great friends! ♥︎ THANK YOU, Vape Zone!
