Outstanding customer service is hard to come by these days, but Sid sets the standard. Businesses are successful because of people like him. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great products and even better customer service. Thank you, Sid, for always treating your customers with kindness and respect. It never goes unnoticed. Sincerely , Cheryl Damato

Sid from Smoke O Vapor West Chicago has always been an amazing guy. If you're ever in a pinch and need a vape last minute, this shop and this guy should quickly become your go-to. Amazing sales guy, even better man.

Sid is the best!!! If he doesn’t have it, he will get it for you and text you when it comes in. The only place I go for my vaping needs. He’ll always get you the best deal too!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will go out of their way (thanks Sid) to get you what you’re looking for.

Best Smoke Shop Around! Owner Always Nice and Friendly!
