I have been shopping here for over 15years and have always had a pleasant experience. I get to shop freely without harassment, but the staff is still interactive and knowledgeable.

Helpful, large selection, but over crowded with merchandise and a little pricey

So we couple times bought stuff pipe bong . Also bought battery pen took home try to used didn’t work so I bought some else and work just fine . I don’t need it . So my wife tried to return and Guy would not return it : so if someone buy something and doest work . as business should return it I know how used vape pen!! I will not go here again . Bad customer service . Don’t go there plenty of other around !! I Will despite it if have to you had your chance terrible customer service you don’t stand behind your product that you sell so after two years you respond wow and then now you want to give me a free one or are you just trying to say face? I found a good place to buy from I don’t need your garbage.

First off I should say that I am an older adult. Some shops like these, especially vape shops, can feel unwelcoming to older adults. Believe me....I have been to quite a few that feel like everyone just will ignore you. Not this place. The young gentlemen that normally wait on me are extremely patient and friendly, their customer service makes me come back even if there is a difference in price of one of their products. I trust my purchases are backed by their desire to sell quality products. I have never had an issue returning a malfunctioning product. Definitely the place to go for knowledgeable and superior customer service!

sight and sound is like home to me... Nick, Jon and the whole staff have done nothing except make me feel accommodated and welcome in their shop. Great selection and even better prices for all of my heady needs- not to mention their vape game is insane :) These guys have been in business for so long, you'd be silly not to stop by and see them! I always recommend Sight n Sound to all my family and friends. Great place! ❤️
