This so far is the ONE OF THE cheapest place I've found in this immediate area of Carol stream- west chicago- downers grove areas .....it's huge and has parking ...only problem. IS that the door may be closed even though it says it's open ??? Not cool . Happened to me TOO MANY TIMES .. however I always go back for those prices ...not to mention they actually have TONS OF FLAVORS IN STOCK BETTER THAN PRESTIGE PUFFS! I keep my eyes open since it's pretty close to where I do shop at anyways .......

Once again going to extra mile Always pays! They circle of life! Great shop create imitary best prices great people must try! That's a 5 for me 💥💥💥💥💥 thank you for your time and consideration!

This shop is a hidden gem!!! The owners go above and beyond to provide quality service every time! If they don't have what you're looking for, they will (in most cases) get it for you. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Definitely not the place for you if you're picky and looking for good customer service. Testers are out for certain brands, but (and this might be more of a customer service issue) they only really want you to try one or two flavors. Again, I'm very picky and tend to toss my vapes out repeatedly if a flavor isn't for me. I mentioned this to the gentleman at the store and asked for recommendations since I hate to waste money, but didn't really get any recs other than just a brand rec. I sampled some of the vape testers for said brand and after being told that the flavors I tried and liked were out of stock I attempted to taste out the testers for the in-stock flavors, this is when the gentlemen basically stopped me because they have a smoke alarm and I had already tried "too many flavors".. Ok.. so what's the purpose of having testers out at a smoke shop?? I'm incredibly understanding, but this was a first for me experiencing that at a smoke shop. Get rid of the testers or put a sign up, then. Of course, at the end of it all I ended up getting a flavor that wasn't one of the testers (since the one I liked was out of stock), just to open it up later and dislike it.. Which is exactly what I was hoping to avoid, lol. Pal really didn't seem to want to be of help to me or really even have me in there at that point, which is really disappointing because the reviews here are so nice and mention how helpful they are! Maybe it's again just the fact that I'm picky, but that's why i'm up front and honest about it. Not going to take it personally, but definitely won't be coming back. Imo, if you aren't able to help someone, just say that. Please.

One of the best shops in the city. They also have things that I didn’t know smoke shops can carry! Their selection is huge and prices are fair. They even started stocking some products that I requested for. Def do recommend this shop to anyone
