stopped by 101tobacco&vape#10 last weekend and was genuinely impressed. The store is clean, well-organized, and has an incredible selection that makes shopping feel effortless. The staff was incredibly helpful— one associate even took the time to walk me through a few options and answer all my questions without rushing.

Dude immediately had attitude and wouldn’t show me the product I asked for. Told me it’ll be $44 and some change and tried to take my card when I didn’t even confirm if it was the correct vape because he wouldn’t show me. I come here every two weeks or so and so does my boyfriend to get the same thing every time. It’s $26 for a refill pack of two (what I kept asking for). Dude rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed when I told him for the fifth time the product he was trying to push on me wasn’t what I asked for. It didn’t fit my battery. Definitely just lost two long term customers over some shitty service and attitude.
