This place is absolutely the second best place I have ever been!! The first place is in McHenry and comes to find out it is the same ownership!! The place has the best staff and deals I have seen in years. Always welcomed with a smile :) very friendly atmosphere and so cultural friendly I love love this for Woodstock and McHenry!! We are locked it now to be customers!! Thank you guys so much.

Bought some American Spirit rolling tobacco and it was cool and I went back to buy the filters cuz I ran out and a different guy was there. He was chewing on his fingers. I think he was his owner like he was biting his nails before he touched my products so I just told him I was not going to come back

These guys give meaning to “Customer Service!” They are friendly, helpful, professional, and the best part, they let my dog shop in the store with me! Thanks guys, you’ve got a customer for life!

I bought two MIT45 kraytom shots here and got home to find both protective seals were very carefully cut open around the neck to be inconspicuous, and someone had replaced the contents with water. I went back to exchange them and was met with defensive and dismissive responses from the same gentleman who had originally sold them to me at a discount for buying two. Which was nice. After I had explained, "this isn't some little scam I have going on", and the police ( of whom I contacted before reentering the Tobacco Hub about this) calling my phone right as I was asking him if he was sure he wanted to continue his demeanor in the way that he was, he then reluctantly exchanged them for two that were not tampered with. I then shook his hand and thanked him for doing the right thing, and left feeling evenly satisfied. I'm not positive, but am 80% sure he knew about this before hand by the way he was acting, because there's no way those came from the factory like that. Either way, I will not be returning to the Tobacco Hub. "Let the Buyer beware"

First time there my experience was awesome. Reasonable prices there, they even let try the vape before I purchased it. I loved the flavor I got Banana taffy freeze. I'll be going there again.
