Excellent experience! This is one of the best tobacco shops I’ve visited. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their customer service is outstanding, and they make every customer feel welcome. The prices are very reasonable and competitive, and they offer a great selection of quality products. The store is clean, organized, and shopping there is always easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great prices, excellent products, and top-notch customer service. I will definitely be coming back

Avoid this shop at all costs. I purchased a brand new hookah here, took it home, and discovered it was completely defective and non-functional right out of the box. When I returned to the store immediately to resolve the issue, the owner was incredibly unprofessional and hostile. Instead of standing behind his products, he baselessly accused me of causing the damage and using the item, which is a flat-out lie. To make matters worse, he then told me I was banned from the shop for simply trying to exercise my rights as a customer. This business is dishonest, sells low-quality equipment, and treats customers with zero respect. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values integrity and customer service. I will be filing a formal complaint and disputing the charges. Absolute garbage experience.

I’ll begin with the positive aspects of our experience. We were able to find the disposable vape products we went there for, the prices were reasonable, and the store offers a wide selection of products compared to many others. These were definite positives. Unfortunately, the customer service significantly detracted from the overall experience. This was my second visit, and both times the owner demonstrated the same lack of basic customer service. There was no greeting, acknowledgment, or expression of thanks. He remained on the phone throughout our visit, including during checkout, which made us feel ignored and unwelcome. During our most recent visit, another customer entered the store wearing a hijab. The owner immediately greeted her and interacted in a friendly and professional manner. Once she left, his demeanor toward us reverted to being dismissive and inattentive. This contrast in treatment was noticeable and left us feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Additionally, there was an issue during checkout when paying by debit/credit card. The owner attempted to run our cards himself, resulting in repeated “errors,” and then stated that the cards did not work and that payment would need to be made in cash. When we took our cards and ran them ourselves, the transaction went through without issue. This raised concerns and was a frustrating experience. We are paying customers and expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. A simple greeting or acknowledgment goes a long way. If consistent customer interaction is not the owner’s strength, hiring or training staff with customer service skills would greatly improve the experience. While the store has good pricing and product selection, the lack of professionalism and concerning checkout practices make it difficult to recommend.

The guy at the counter was very rude and told me not to come back after giving me a defective product. I'm definitely not coming back.
