I was on the hunt for a specific item and Jennifer was so so helpful over the phone she went above and beyond to make sure she helped me. Amazing customer service! I could tell she was busy and she handled it well and respectfully!

Weird that they don't store their extracts upright. I asked to buy the one hanging on the wall as opposed to the one laying down in the case and the gentleman refused to sell it to me stating that it was backstock. I hope they straighten this out because I do like this shop. I just don't like air bubbles in my carts.

Very clean and well organized store. Staff is always very helpful and polite. Great prices, especially compared to buying online for some brands. I would 100% recommend this location if you want somewhere local with a wide selection of juices and devices, at very good prices

Nate is great....I was recommended by a consultant in Ft Wayne, to ask for Nate in the Columbia City store, and i really do believe he should get commissions because he is definitely on it! He's very knowledgeable and puts the customer first! I will definitely deal with him from now on!
