The lady who works there is super friendly and helpful. They have decent prices on products but I recently purchased a product (it was my 3rd time buying) and it had a manufacturing defect (no air holes). It renders the product completely unusable. I took it back to see if I could get a partial refund or store credit or something but they informed me the only way to get a refund at their shop (via policy) is to refund it through the brand who made the product. A lot of the brands in the store don't have great customer service so its hard to contact them, some not possible to contact at all. I just wish there was an easier more timely method they had in place to make right with the customer when they receive a faulty product. I probably will stick to LongBottoms for future purchases.

Love their choice of tobacco and etc products love the Delta delta rolls assortment of Delta products and if you're low on funds they have a $7 pre-roll that lasts quite a while two thumbs up keep up the good work guys

Roll your own tobacco and supplies available, some ejuice sold. Novelty gift items available. Courteous and knowlegable employees. Good place if you use tobacco products.

Better priced than Low Bob's. Most of the staff is super awesome. I'd give it a 5 star if they could keep our smokes in stock

This store is a great store in a small town. It's kind of hidden without a sign on the road, but The employees are lovely, and if they don't have what's asked for they always make sure to get it.
