Definitely needs to be ran differently. Morning shift is always short and one girl/woman is definitely rude with her customers. If you’re paying in change GOOD LUCK. She will get an attitude about it. They seem to go through people too… I witnessed them go through one girl within a matter of weeks..

The most RUDE employlees and manager. Sell broken or garbage vapes & vape bases. They have no signs saying no returns or exchanges, while also not verbally communicating it until AFTER purchase. Overpriced too. Never going back.

I don't smoke. But my wife does. And I often have the task of buying her cigarettes. I've spent a lot of time and effort looking for plans to save money on what has become an insanely expensive habit. And Low Bobs is the best. Their prices are the cheapest I've found anywhere. And the staff at this location is always helpful and friendly.

Extremely rude employee will be taking my business elsewhere , Sunday 10/29 morning store was empty of customers , paid in one dollar bills figured that would save a bank trip for change for them on Monday morning and was told I should go to the bank and get real money mind you the banks are not open Sunday also told if I come back in I would be refused service all because she didn't want to count to 239. I think the employee needs some etiquette training.

I go once a week or so and everyone is extremely nice and helpful!
