Such a horrible experience today. I've been coming to Crush since its opening. Spent thousands. Today I came in and was greeted well. My o ring had come off in my mouth piece. The shop had just opened and was empty. I asked the female worker a question about how to take it out or should I purchase a new one. She then, very rudely, said "i dont have time for this and you're going to have to do this elsewhere." Simply shocked. Especially since she had just been telling me a story while I was fixing my vape that her maintenance man had come in on her while she was dressing this morning. So rude, one of the rudest experiences ive ever had, especially at a store I had literally just spent $60 minutes earlier. Might as well go ahead and cancel my membership.

I purchased a 3DXL chamber for $130 on December 2nd. The next day I called to report that the chamber smelled so strongly of incense that I could taste it when using my atomizer. Even after multiple soaks in isopropyl, the smell has remained, making the chamber unusable. I was told I’d receive a call back but never did. I called again on December 6th, explained the issue again, and was promised a call back by Monday the 8th. It is now the 10th and despite calling twice, I’ve received no follow-up. I first spoke with Nathan who was nice and said he would give us a call back after speaking with the owners on a solution. I never heard from him and the second guy we spoke to named Mitchell was rude and dismissive, pretty much told us this isn’t his usual location and wasn’t his problem but “he’d talk to the owners and give us a call back within 2 days”. Very disappointed in how this has been handled. As a loyal customer who has spent a lot of money here over the years, I’m extremely disappointed. The heavy incense burned in the store clearly leaches into the products, ruining them. I was also met with skepticism regarding the smell of the atomizer despite the store smelling very strongly of incense. I do not recommend buying an atomizer or accessories here, and I will not be returning.

10/10 every time. but Liz and Nathan are the absolute best! they took the time to help me find my mystery piece! will come back just hoping to see them again.

The staff were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Liz and Nathan in particular were absolutely wonderful to do business with. I’ll be back without a doubt!
