I have tried this place several times and I have been disappointed every single time. The staff knows nothing about the products MOST of the time. A lot of things are out of stock. Including the batteries that power their products. I’ve even tried other Vapor Bank locations and they are just as terrible. Do not recommend them at all! Also, I feel I need to mention they will straight up sell you products they admit are defective 50% of the time. Purchase at your own risk.

The young man working was polite and respectful. This was My first time in Vapor Bank or any other Vapor store. I told him I didn't know the first thing about vaping. So I first wanted to know how to put it together and how to get it to work. How to keep it working and how often could I use it. Before I would to take it a part and rebuild it. I was very impressed and please with how he was able to help me.

Knowledgeable staff, fair prices, close to my house. I would highly recommend this place to anyone trying to quit smoking cigarettes or looking for a new hobby. VB has been my go-to shop for vaping since I started back in 2015 and they will continue to have my business.

This place is a joke. I live near the Mill Road location, so it would be convenient for me to purchase items there. I bought my first vaporizer there (Kangertech Subox Mini). But only once in the past six months have they had replacement atomizers/coils in stock. It has been four months to date that they have claimed to be waiting for a delivery of the item I need. I call once a week to no avail. I usually have to travel to their Green River Rd location, but even then it's hit and miss as to if they have what I need. The juice they sell is terrible and out of about 5 employees, only 1 has been friendly and helpful. All of them openly admit that my vaporizer is common and popular, so they do not understand why they do not have replacement coils in stock. I now go to Cool Breeze on south Green River Rd. They ALWAYS have what I need and the staff is friendly and helpful. You lost my business, Vapor Bank. I always recommend Cool Breeze to anyone interested.

I love this place, wont shop anywhere else, they have the only juice I love and there the only place I can get it. The employees are so nice and helpful I go in there, they know what I need as soon as they see me wouldn't shop anywhere else.. Love it❤❤❤. Ive been to cool breeze, they just don't have any juice I like. I love vapor bank love the people there, so helpful. Wouldnt ever go anywhere else
