So I’ve been coming to this place to buy vapes forever right and I walk in and the guy comes from the back on the phone and you can tell he must be having a bad day or has an attitude, but I get to tell him like I was talking to my sister and I don’t remember which brand I bought of the watermelon bubblegum vapes, but I was talking to my sister cause she wants to get one and I need to grab one, but I don’t remember what brand he says well I can’t sell you one since you’re buying it for your sister. I said I’m not buying it for my sister. My sister said she needs to get one, but she doesn’t know the brand I had. My sister‘s text message pulled up like looking at the flavor she was talking about cause I had bought it here before, but I couldn’t think of the brand Anyways, he tries to tell me that I’m trying to buy one for my sister and he can’t sell it to me cause she’s not here with her ID. I’m like what are you talking about? I’m buying it for me. I’m 37 years old. I have my ID right here and he catches an attitude very rude. Very horrible. Customer service the same man I don’t even know his name, but it’s whoever was working on Labor Day at 11:30 in the morning, but the same man has had a little bit of an attitude before, and I understand laws and needing. To be present if you’re buying a vape, but he misunderstood what I was saying and when I tried to explain to him what I was saying, he cut me off and was just very rude so I definitely won’t be back. You guys have gotten thousands of dollars from me I come here all the time, but I’ll be going to a different business from now on. You guys should probably really look into this guy‘s attitude.

Wonderful atmosphere for unique finds. Bia gives excellent customer service and is always very courteous, polite, and professional.
