Came in looking for a few things and had a pretty smooth experience. The shop was clean, organized, and easy to browse without feeling cramped. They had a solid selection of products and some brands I dont usually see around here. The guy behind the counter was helpful and answered a couple questions without trying to upsell me, which I appreciated. Prices seemed fair compared to other places nearby. Checkout was quick too. Overall, it was a good visit and I’d come back again when I need to restock.

He's not just a salesperson; he's a true guide in the world of cigars. Whenever I come in looking to try something new, he's always ready with excellent recommendations. He takes the time to listen to what I've enjoyed in the past and what I might be looking for, and he never fails to suggest something I end up loving.
