The staff is always beyond welcoming and knowledgeable. They also carry MRKT PLCE juices which are really hard to find elsewhere. The shop has comfortable seating, game systems etc. Some customers who come in to chill, order food to have delivered etc. They unfortunately don't have the pool table any longer but plenty of other things if you're looking to kill time. Things like books, little desk fidget toys, game systems etc. I probably pass 50 vape shops to get to Vapor Madness, and live a good 25 min away depending on traffic. Having a place that's always open when they're supposed to be, has friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and a good range of products draws me past all those other shops with confidence that I'm going to get what I need-smooth and simple. The guy that would be opening this morning (June 18th) is a stand out for sure. Im ashamed I'm not sure, but believe his name might be Steve? Really awesome and knowledgeable about everything vape related. Hes always able to recommend things he knows I'd like or if something I usually get is discontinued etc he always is able to get me set up with something similar so that I'm happy. Great guy, obviously an asset to have around. *I've been really hoping to get a t-shirt and/or hooded sweater with one of the cool logos on it and they always say they don't know when they'll get more. I would love to represent my favorite vape shop!

Great selection for Alps and good deal on them. Only place I've been that had all the flavors and strengths.

This is the best shop in central indiana, not just Greenwood. All the staff is extremely knowledgeable, Steve is a great guy and knows all the details about the products they carry and sell. They only carry top notch products at great prices. I only spend my money here for a reason. They know what products are of good quality and then they pass that knowledge on to the customer saving you a lot of time and leg work to find the products you’re wanting or looking for. Stop in and check them out. Amazing folks!!

They always have a good selection and keep things in stock well. Every time I go i am warmly greeted and the staff are knowledgeable about any questions you may have and usually can provide a description of the flavors before you purchase. The cashier Nick always recognizes me and we have friendly short conversations during the checkout process. All of you do good work and at least from me you are appreciated.

This place has really went down hill. I called about a product and the person working right now was extremely rude. I used to go here a lot I’ll go elsewhere and recommend anyone else find somewhere that appreciates having customers.
