I normally don’t have issues with this location as long as the guys are there. No attitude from the guys. Some of the woman there need basic social skill. This female employee told a customer in an unprofessional manner, that he needs to do something about his body odor. She told him customers are complaining. She belittle this man in front of everyone. I was embarrassed for him. She could have pulled him to the side, and made that a private conversation. Damn shame

Great customer service, always clean, also prices that are similar to Kenwood's liquor that was on Stony Island. Right next to one of the cheapest gas stations in the city and surrounded around restaurants galore.

Every time I come in that store, there's a heavyset female who I speak to every time just general hello how you doing, and she always has a nasty attitude even the manager had a nasty attitude saying that I'm worrying about the wrong thing as though as a customer I'm bothering her. The customer service here is horrible

Another horrible hood liquor store that smells like liquor when you walk in. People hanging in front of the store begging for money. The staff is actually worse than the begging outside. They are very unprofessional. It’s a horrible shopping experience. This liquor store is definitely for poor people and I’ll never spend a dime or return

Rude customer service by an attendant by the name Amani. She appears to be upset when dealing with paying customers. She is very rude, disrespectful, and combat for seemingly no other reason than the fact that she doesn't want to work. I usually don't do this, but I feel so disrespected that I'm compelled to follow up with the managers and franchise. Buyer beware!
