Awesome vape selection! The benefit of being open 24 hours(serves customers at a little side-window when it gets late, store not actually open to walk in) is super awesome for ppl like me who always puff but never sleep. Enormous vape selection, glass selection, tabacco selection, hukka accessories & much much more...pricey though! Definitely not a discount retailer! It's worth the few extra shekels bc of the massive selection & "always open to serve you" benefit. Every vape I've purchased there has been fresh & the store itself is really clean & organized. So far every employee has been quick to serve me & very polite always telling me to "please come back soon." I like that little extra cheer in my day. Thanks for everything Smoke Shop Superstore! Now if you could just lower your prices or offer "2 for $$" pricing on your vapes then I'd be in a puff-utopia! Oh well, can't have it all. See you guys soon!!

I usually love this smoke shop however today around 8:00 pm the guy was extremely rude. He would smack his lips when I asking him for something specific I wanted. I had forgotten the name however there wasn’t a line behind me and he was acting like a 12 year old girl with an attitude. Usually everyone else is pretty nice tho. He also didn’t give me my change back, however I didn’t feel like arguing over a dollar. Not a huge fan of arguing with child like individuals.

Humidor has major mold outbreak. Associate tried to argue telling me that means they’re aging right. Lol, okay. Response to owner reply: I have only ever been to the Hammond Indiana location so it is very much the correct store. I’ve been here in the past and bought perfectly fine cigars. Coming in tonight I was unable to find a single cigar without spores. Check your facts. And don’t try to tell me this is plume as the associate on duty as this is very clearly an issue far beyond plume as it is everywhere.

Night access is a walk up door no access to the inside after hours, kool smoke shop has tobacco vapes, really came in clutch.

I've bought multiple poshes from here and they usually have an abnormally low lifespan. Aside from the cheap ones having a low lifespan (which isn't a huge deal because it's cheap) I have bought 2 posh 2.0s from here, that have been faulty. One of them randomly started engaging, as if i were smoking it, when i wasn't even touching it. I hadn't dropped it or anything. I hadn't had it for long and it was properly charged while not being overcharged. I couldn't even just throw it away because it was literally hot and smoking. I opened it and noticed that the materials used aren't the same as the other ones i've seen online and i think they may be getting knock off ones, perhaps not even intentionally. I then bought another one from here because I didn't want to jump to conclusions but that one began gurgling and leaking as well. I then went to another local shop and haven't had any of those problems. The workers are very nice so my only concern are the posh products.
