I purchased two muhas from them, came home to verify them on the muha app, and they are FAKE. i am so furious I tried to call them and nobody is picking up. This is so messed up. I have a real one that ran out so I compared them. I can verify that one on the muha app, but The two I bought are unverifiable. DO BETTER. I WANT A REFUND. I also bought a gummy that was hard as a rock.

Not to rain on anyone’s parade, but I recently moved to Munster and I’m a avid smoker. When I first moved here, I noticed the smoke shop so I went in because I needed some wraps and while I was looking at the wraps, he told me that they have been on the shelf for two years and so he advised me not to buy them. my thing is why have them on the shelf if they’re stale or if nobody’s buying them for two years. This is my issue today. I went yesterday to get a pack of newport 100s and when I tell you I almost fell out from one cigarette being stale. I felt terrible so I threw the whole pack away then I called this morning to see if they could Give me a full refund since the entire pack was stale but I didn’t get an answer so I’ll be heading up there today to request a refund and I will not be supporting this business any longer Unless I need smoke odor candles, or the spray. Just a fyi

I'm a young woman, and I was considering coming back to buy something. Like a lot of the stuff here looks amazing. Especially the bongs, beautiful glass art! But I guess not anymore. When my phone had unexpectedly died, I needed to call someone I knew to update my location, especially since I don't own a vehicle. I asked to use a phone here and the guy at the counter just told me, "No, sorry". A man was following me not long after I had left on foot and was absolutely terrified. I looked for a nearby business that was open that would let me call a family member. Thankfully, I found someone who was willing to help, tipped them some cash, and I made it home safely.

Say that it's open on Sunday from 10 a.m. Got here at 10:40 and no one is there.

Consistent and open like allll the time i ❤️ v4l
