Definitely enjoy the atmosphere i was excited to come back and actually feel welcomed there are a lot of shops that make you feel like its a nuissance to even ask questions about stuff you dont have clearly priced but whats awesome is that no matter the question they are awesome about trying to answer the best they can and they offer such a wide variety of stuff and are super friendly

Horrible, the staff completely ignored me. When I finally was helped it was because a line had formed. If noone else joined the line I would have had to wait even longer. The vibe of the place felt like they didnt want me in there. As if they wanted to call me a slur. Made me uncomfortable

I haven't had any negative experiences while shopping..but I do have something to say.I see your store has responded to many of the positive post but has not responded to one of the negative post.Seems like you would want to address some to try and see what can be done to make customers have a better experience.

The staff is always super friendly, and answer all my questions to the best of their abilities. Best smoke shop in Indy.

Got an ooze booster didn’t work went back most places would replace they didn’t. The girl didn’t know what she was talking about anyway. Only one person in there helpful I will unfortunately never be back there
