The worst customer service ever. The girl behind the counter acted as thoygh i was inconveniencing her by walking in and when i asked to see a mod in the case she handed every little mod across the counter except the one i asked for. I asked if a kit came with batteries she said no. So i asked if they had batteries and she hands me coils. So in short terrible customer service and zero knowledge of the products they are selling.

Nice dude behind the counter, but their full spectrum product is not good quality. CBD/Hemp sublingual tinctures are suspended in oil, yes, but if they're too oily they don't absorb well, so it doesn't matter how much CBD is in the bottle - it's not getting in your blood stream. Next time you buy some, test it - put a drop in a glass of water. If the drop just stays an oily drop, it's too oily to be absorbed by your body well. If it starts to swirl & sort of mix/absorb into the water on its own, you've got a good product. Good luck guys - get better product & you'll get repeat customers.

I'm new to the whole vaping thing, in the process of quitting smoking. I don't know really anything about coils or juice or nicotine content. The person behind the counter seemed just as ignorant about the products they're selling as I would be. I heard "I don't know" so much I stopped asking questions.

This store has horrible customer service , they think they know what is what. They will give you dumb responses and don’t know how to properly to serve customers. They’re overly priced and only believe in the paperwork as if their the invoice is God. Honestly they’re disrespectful and ignorant people. Find another place to purchase your stuff.
