This place cares about its customers! Had a very hard time getting an atomizer for my puffco even off the internet. They ordered some to keep in supply at the store after I requested! When I see they had it in store the two gentlemen that day just had amazing customer service that reminded me of why I always come here (sorry I didn’t catch their name but it was 11/13/25 around 1:15PM)

So far the absolute worst vape shop I've been to. Bought several products that continue to not work and/or recharge. They keep telling me to come in Monday or Tuesday to talk with Bo as if I don't work also. Bo doesn't seem to be avaliable to assist customers any other time.
