Well, I visited the 96th and Keystone store twice out of convenience it being on my way home to Westfield. The first time I purchased a refill for my Mr. Fog "Switch Pod". To my surprise, I was hit with a price of $25. The following week, I was hit with a price of $29! I left feeling PRICE GOUGED. The following week, I purchased my refill from Mr. Fog's website and it was $12 plus shipping, then the week after that I bought one at a gas station on 38th and Franklin Rd and paid $17. I will not be going back to ANY of these stores...because EVERY store I've been to since has them beat on price, by ALMOST DOUBLE. They need to get a grip on their gross profit margins, not every sale can be a record profit. I thought it just ridiculous and have since been steering my peers away and have been thanked multiple times. People are already over paying for housing, fuel, groceries, and automobiles...now is not the time for gouging. Yours Honestly, Justin

OKAY BUT LISTEN — Indy E-Cigs on Keystone is THAT place. I’m originally from Alabama, and the second I walked in, they made me feel right at home. Southern hospitality but make it vape shop energy 💨👱🏼‍♀️ I live all the way in Greenwood and still drive here because I refuse to shop anywhere else. Trae, Nadir, and the entire staff are absolute gems. They know me that well, always look out for me, and somehow remember exactly what I like. They’re knowledgeable, patient, funny, and genuinely care — not just trying to sell you something and move on. The store itself? CLEAN. Organized. Vibes on point. And every single time I come in, there’s something new and exciting on the shelves. Best products. Best selection. Period. As a woman, I especially appreciate how comfortable and respected I always feel here — no pressure, no awkwardness, just good people and great service 👱🏼‍♀️✨ I don’t care how many vape shops exist — this is the best one in Indiana, and honestly feels like the best I’ve ever been to, Alabama included. If you’re not shopping here, you’re doing it wrong 💁🏼‍♀️

I’ve been a regular customer here, which makes this even more disappointing. I bought a vape pen that stopped working after only two hits. When I came back to the store for help, they refused to replace it because I was one day past their 7-day policy. The pen was clearly not used beyond trying it, it simply didn’t work. Instead of using common sense, they chose to hide behind a technicality over one day. For a defective product, that’s pretty poor customer service. If a shop is willing to lose a repeat customer over one day and a faulty item, that says a lot about how they value their business and the products they sell. I won’t be coming back.

Incredible store with everything you could want and need, and THEN SOME😂 Great staff here that’s always helpful and are sure to get your points, or a discount if they can to ease your wallet🤞🏼 Really clean and nice store as well as easily accessible and right off the highway for an easy stop and go transaction. Love it here and come just to get a Guava Jarrito or 3😂
