Poor recommendations.....Just want to push you out the door with whatever to make a sale. Last few items we have gotten have not worked or have been awful......If you go here prepare to know what you like and stick to it and hope they don't change stock on you which they seem to do a lot. Also test the product before leaving once you buy because I have bought so many now that I am just throwing money away because they haven't worked. Employees are not knowledgeable. Miss the old staff who actually knew what they were talking about. Luckily there is plenty of other smoke shops I can take my business too. I definitely don't plan on shopping here again after so many disappointment and issues ranging from poor service, poor quality on their items ranging from their vape mods, disposable vapes, and more, and the price changing constantly.

I've asked literally every one of their employees for recommendations and honest reviews and they always push the sell on anything i ask about even though it's obviously terrible. I've been shopping here for years and it's a shame they got to this point. The only employee they had who was actually very knowledgeable and honest quit to pursue his career. The rest of these very friendly people either don't know what they're taking about or are just trying to get the sell. Their selection ain't what it used to be either. Gonna be taking my business else where. If you expect honest reviews from the staff don't go here.

Staff is great! Prices are good. Location is out of the way for me but I will make the drive because I love this store. I have a vape shop within walking distance of my residence but will drive the 9 miles to go here because of the staff and the selection
