Been going here for almost a decade and have always had a great experience. I have severe anxiety and other issues but I’ve never felt uncomfortable or annoying when interacting with employees. They always do whatever they can to help and are very knowledgeable. Today was no exception. I had a very unique issue that took some time and effort to solve. The employees were so patient, attentive, and supportive per usual. No matter where I stay in Indy, I’ll always make my way here for my vape needs.

I spoke with the manager over the phone and he told me that there's a new vape in stock and 100,000 puff and I said I'll be in check it out and I did and bought 1 it's called cola and it tastes like you're vaping a soda! yummy!

I loved it!!! Its been so long since I've vaped it was like being a newbie again. They didnt laugh or treat me like I was dumb. It was the complete opposite!! They have all their flavors on a tablet with prices. It's incredibly easy to navigate!! The store is clean and smells so good!! I love that the prices are right there where you can see them! Thanks guys!

I would give 11/5 stars if I could. Literally Rob and Fox are some of the friendliest most down to earth people in retail I have ever met. Deals were exceptional, helped me buy my first refillable vape that I’ve had in a very very long time. Deals on the juice every Tuesday and Monday 15% off accessories and vape juice is buy one get one 50% off. Great amazing in store deals and even more amazing customer service. 11/5 stars, Done. 🫡🤌🏻❤️

Fantastic service, very knowledgeable and kind employees. Literally the only shop I go to. Between their selection of mods, juices, disposables, other items, and the superb employees you really just don't get any better.
