The new employee who was working in the shop between 1–2 PM on Wednesday, Nov 26 was literally kicking customers out like he owns the place. I’ve been coming here for over three years—long before the new ownership—and I spend money every single week for myself, my brother, and two cousins. If this is the kind of disrespectful, clueless staff you’re hiring now, then you’ve completely lost me as a customer. I’m done wasting my time and money at a shop that clearly doesn’t value the people who keep it in business. I also have 2 friends who regularly go there, I'll make sure to cut their business with you guys as well. UPDATE: I'd like to thank you for your elegant and well constructed reply. However, I would especially like to greatly thank your awesome employee, the one that treated me like a begger, and my humble reason for that is, is because i went to a new vapeshop, that sells me his products for literally 50% of what you were selling them me for. HALF the price my dude! I could not be more appreciative to what your employer did, give him a raise! I wish he was condescending to me earlier. You guys are waaaaay overpriced, so no I will not be coming back.

This establishment claims to be open at 10am and it's after 10, doors are still locked.

Great place, very clean and organized, the gentleman running the store has always been very attentive and informative for any questions I have. And really, for what you get for where we are, you'd be hard pressed to find better prices too.
