We were in town for a quick weekend of relaxation. Using Tiktok we kept coming across videos recommending this lounge both for brunch and night life. So, we opted to make reservations for brunch (Highly recommend that you RSVP). Our reservation was for 12 noon when they open… We were immediately seated and served. They had a LIVE DJ with a nice vibe and the FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! “I’m a self proclaimed Food critic ☺️”and I give it a 10/10 My husband had the chicken and waffles with fruit toppings, I had the grits and catfish. The portions are plentiful… Everything exceeded our expectations! Our waitress was Z, very professional and on point! SN: all booths have a small table like lounge tables so you have to hold your plate/bowl. No biggie 😊 Check them out if you’re in or near Indianapolis!

Went to a birthday brunch. Great :DJ! Staff is personable. Clean environment. Grits Not so great: Construction, Construction! Park at Goodwill(4 blocks) away no parking available in front due to construction. Short of staff, server forgot and ask multiple times what we were having. I waited nearly 1 hr for 1 drink.

The atmosphere at this establishment felt like a cheap event rental rather than a club. The door fee was excessive for what was offered. As someone who doesn't typically frequent clubs, I found this experience to be underwhelming and not worth the cost.I did enjoy the music, but the layout and size need a major upgrade. Didn't know they served food, but honestly, I would have eaten a bag of chips. We need to do better. Maybe the locals love it, but it wasn't for me. Sorry.

2/15/26 - this is visit was a horrible experience. As much as I love Paradox, their staff and food. Its giving 0/10. I arrived around 2:45pm, got sat down and a waitress didn’t show up until 3:00. I understand it’s after the holiday so they had a call off. Mind you I’m writing this at 3:50pm. When I placed my drink order I also placed my food order since I know they close at 4:00pm. My drinks came out around 3:20ish.. then the waitress came back asking if we placed a food order. This instantly pissed me off because whats tea? How you forget we placed an order and I just sat here and watched you 30 minutes ago put in our order. So she come back at 3:45pm and says they ran out what we ordered and did we want something else.. literally! Yea… it will be awhile before I come back, especially after a holiday. Yasmeen was super nice and helpful. Great customer service every time I come in. My little hide away for sure and the food is AMAZING! Dj’s are fire 🔥

I visited the establishment for Sunday brunch on January 11, 2026. Without a pre-arranged ticket, I paid a $10 entrance fee at the door. The hostess directed me to sit at the bar, where I waited approximately ten minutes for service, observing that the staff seemed underutilized. Upon being presented with the menu, I informed the bartender that I would order food shortly and requested a drink to start. When asked about a house specialty drink, the bartender appeared uncertain, so I requested something with a brown-colored beverage, resulting in a Dusse cocktail being prepared for me. The ambiance began with music for the first ten minutes, followed by a presentation by business professionals, which, despite poor audio quality, resonated with me as a businessman exploring a new area. As I sat back and tuned in, I noticed the bartender attending to me and the relatively low patronage. The experience diverged significantly from online portrayals. Upon requesting another drink, the bartender efficiently processed the payment using a kiosk machine. Given the establishment's operating hours until 4 p.m. and my arrival at 2 p.m., with less than 30 minutes having elapsed, the service felt rushed. I paid $24 for two drinks, incurring an additional gratuity of nearly $5. Unfortunately, this $40 expenditure was underwhelming, leading me to strongly advise against recommending this venue, citing its unwelcoming atmosphere for newcomers.
