As convenient as it is to go through a drive thru, they are carding everyone now no matter how old. I accidentally left my id at home and was refused. I am over 50. Taking my business elsewhere.

The service is great at this location as long as the Supervisor doesn't make a surprise visit. The store manager does the work of three people including the rude and discourteous supervisor but makes minimum wage. The supervisor smells of booze and is very unprofessional to the customers that choose to spend their hard earned money at this location. I will make sure to walk out of this location when the Supervisor is here and go to Low Bobs and pay the higher prices for more friendly atmosphere and courteous and respectful staff! The supervisor must have some black mail on the owners because I would have fired her a long time ago. She is not a people person at All!

They had the brand that I smoke and ordered the flavor that I prefer...

Horrible customer service. Employees keep (3x) giving me the wrong carton of cigarettes. I get MENTHOL & they give me “smooth menthol” which is a completely different light version of what I’m buying. The colors are similar but NOT the same. I go back with an UNOPENED carton & receipt & the employee tells me their policy is once you leave their drive through or lot it can’t be exchanged even though it’s no fault of mine. This is their fault, MULTIPLE times & $40 wasted every time they screw up. Teach your employees to learn their colors. Disgusting. Rude.

Quick in n out, as long as it's not rush hour. Has a driveup window too.
