I’ll Say this on first impression. If you are not going here and you’re located around this area, then you’re missing out. The gentleman behind the counter is a stand-up guy! He’s not just here to sell you and take your money, And I say this genuinely he is knowledgeable of everything inside of his store. I’ve never once gotten the Customer Service experience from any other vape store that I’ve been to in the last 10 years. I’ve ran into myself having multiple questions. The last couple times I’ve went into a vape shop and then just stray away from making the decision on what I wanted because nobody had answers to Provide and help with what I was looking for. This man answered every single question I had and I even came up with more questions that he was able to answer and assured me that he was gonna make sure I was taken care of, and it wasn’t just about the money! He is an honorable businessman that I’ll forever respect and return to this company every single time now. I appreciate you, my friend. You just got a lifelong customer by simply Caring enough to help and answer questions. And he said it best When I told him nobody else could answer my questions his response was “ That’s because they don’t know what they’re selling. They’re just seeing the money come from it.” And it made me understand every time an issue that I’ve had a problem at a vape store and walk out with something that I dislike it. It’s because they didn’t listen to my needs they just wanted what was in my wallet. This was a once in a lifetime Experience even crossing paths with the gentleman who is honorable like that. Do not hesitate to make this your store of choice and you will never take your business elsewhere. 🤞🏼

This is one of the best shops in town! The guys are always pleasant and helpful and they make sure to order/stock what you need. Couldn't ask for anything better!

I recently quit smoking cigarettes and started vaping. I had no idea what I was doing when it comes to these vapes and everything that goes along with them. The guy that works here(always wears a hat and he has a beard), I forget his name.. He’s extremely helpful and doesn’t try to rip me off like my past experiences with these places. He’s very knowledgeable and helps me with everything! And he has patience, and he breaks everything down for me to where I can understand it. I really don’t mind spending my money here and I will come every single time. Much appreciated!!

Most prices and selections are the same as most shop, but man do these guys have some good customer service. They'll take all the time you need to help you through stuff or just talk about accessories. I'll go out of my way to come back for sure.

I literally have no vape education at all but I HAVE to switch to nicotine free vape for medical reasons. I called several places but it wasn’t until Steve at VK answered my call that I finally was able to understand more about what I needed and what I was looking for and ultimately how to use them! He took the time to help me even though he didn’t think he had what I was looking for at the time. He even called me back and told me that he had done some more research and found a product that sounded satisfactory to me and made this experience of switching over from smoking for the last 30 years, not so difficult and not so scary. he even said they could order them for me! I am so grateful to him for taking the time to help me so I will forever be a VK customer!
