GrandMa that cannot get off that chair at the register actts like she hates having to work, offered no help what so ever looking for a paticular vape mfg says, (all we got is over there and points to the wall) Pathetic and I will not be back or recommend as you might be bothering her....

Update: After multiple visits since my initial review, I think World of Vapor deserves a higher rating and more favorable opinion. The products and staff have proven to be my preferred shop for pods, juice, and mods. The only thing I hate that they can’t really help is when I buy a new juice that I don’t like and get stuck with. I think some sort of membership that had a “used bottle” exchange benefit would be a good idea for customers with similar problems.

As always, top notch customer service. Got an awesome coupon for my birthday today. Also has a flavor that has been my favorite for years, and can not find anywhere else.

Great local shop that fits the Irvington vibe. Fair prices, EXCELLENT customer service. Chill little shop I accidentally purchased the wrong size pods for my Novo pen. I came back a few weeks later to return/exchange but they were out of the kind I needed. The owner offered a refund but I really needed my nic fix! So he gave me a disposable/rechargeable vape in exchange - something I'm pretty sure cost more than the pods I was returning. This is what actual customer service looks like. It's a shame that it's a rarity in the rest of the world nowadays, but it's alive and well at this shop. If you vape and you live in/travel through Irvington, don't buy your gear at a gas station. Spend it here and keep it in the community.
