I have only had good experiences here! Today, Sam checked me out and was so friendly and went thru a lot of effort in order for me to get my items at the max discount. I greatly appreciated his kindness and exceptional customer service! He does a great job!

Been a fab of Derb since day one over in JTown. THIS store, and its staff, should be the standard for the entire company. The friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff really take it to the next level. Sam is incredible and I really just can’t recommend shopping here enough!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Sam Parker! He was super friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. The prices were the best I’ve found in the area—definitely more affordable than anywhere else. Highly recommend checking this place out and asking for Sam!

This is a great place. The staff are super helpful when suggesting new juices or devices. I'd highly recommend this store! The staff keep a very clean shop and are always super inviting.
