I came in to get assistance with my $55 vape. They were closed. No lights on and the doors were locked. I waited and he finally showed up at 10:15am. I go in and he cannot even understand what I am saying. He doesn’t understand much English and he doesn’t speak English well. My vape keeps shutting down on me. He had me smoke it and it wouldn’t shut down during the four puffs I tried. He said something about no one is here and he can’t do anything. He said something about tomorrow. This guy absolutely refused to help me. I even asked him some questions on what can I do to stop this from shutting down. I’m not trying to get a new one, I want to see what is going on and fix it. He didn’t know anything and said he can’t help me and come back at another time. This is very unacceptable. I should have went to Cardinal Vapes like I was originally recommended to go to. I’m sitting in the parking lot as I write this review.

I almost never leave reviews for places but the service at Cloud9 is special. They recently started selling rare nike sneakers and the prices are extremely reasonable. Lucas is top G, best employee to get help from in the store. Overall its a super welcoming environment and I just enjoy going there too much to not let people know how great it is.

Stopped in yesterday with my guy and we were treated rite away. The employee was extremely friendly. Knowledgeable about products. Didn’t have what we wanted , but said he could get it in rite away. The store was spotless clean. Was introduced to a new vape, and love it. Will be going back to do regular business. It’s a small drive from us ( across town) , but very well worth going to when I need my vapes or incense , car spray, Backpacks or candles . Check them out !
