Drove up to the E. Jackson location at 6:59 this Sunday. They close at 7 so I was relieved I had made it just in time. I live 2 blocks from this location and buy from here almost every day. The side I was on was already locked (fair enough) and the girl yelled through the door to drive around to the other side. I did. The other lady asked what I wanted and I told her just a pop this time. She said the pop machine was "shut down" and since it was now 7 they were closed. I was there BEFORE they closed. I will NEVER spend $ there again. So much for customer service.

Great store. Cheap prices on cigarettes and their fountain drinks are great. Cool place. Check them out for sure.

I was just with my step sister who bought some cigarettes from this place and paid with a hundred and the lady who handed her money back said she would get $77.11 back; however, my step sister only recieved $72.11; we both counted it, so we brought it to their attention and she said she couldn't give her back her money and that she'd have to take it up on Monday; although, the other lady told us she was counting her drawer down and then would get my step sister her money. The lady who did this also claimed she didn't short her any money, by saying "I don't feel I shorted you any money" and my step sister held out the $72 and said "there is $72 here you can count it and you told me I would be getting $77 back"; which, the lady did not count it and she also didn't count it when she handed my step sister her money in the first place. I'm not sure what their policy is on these matters but she did short my step sister and should've given her her money back immediately and should've owned up to the mistake. In conclusion, the people who work here are not great at their job and I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're paying using larger bills.

Disreputable business: I made a purchase and when I got home, I discovered it was defective. The store manager refused to accept my return and refund my money. Now, I am forced to take them to small claims court to resolve this issue.

Jeannie is the best!!! I used to go to the one one Tillotson all the time. She moved to the new one on Maine st. and now that’s the only one I’ll go to! She’s attentive and is always smiling :) great experience
